How can I start a project?

Send an email to sales@naldertown.com or call 01865 600 950 and we'll get the ball rolling. We'll have an initial chat on the phone to find out more about your company and your ideas.

How can I get support?

Send an email to support@naldertown.com, call 01865 600 950 or login to your client portal. The portal is avalubale resource showing you project progress, recording project activity and emails as well as quotes and support requests/tickets.

What do I need to provide?

Initially we just want to talk to you and find out if we are the right team for you. After that we can help you to pull together your ideas and a project summary if you don't already have one.

How do you cost up projects

This largely depends on the scale and scope of a project. Often if the project is based on 3rd party software such as Drupal or Wordpress we can provide fixed costs. This might not be appropriate on other projects where the scope is agile and will be based on time and materials.
